We offer a 14-day return guarantee, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing ovidjuskalinauskas@gmail.com.

To process your claim, you must provide:

• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable).
• Your order number.

After reviewing the provided evidence, we will offer a free replacement at no additional cost if the claim is approved.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Beauty products that have been opened or used.
• Personal hygiene products that have been opened or used.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Perishable goods.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or product, the quickest way is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order after your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

To qualify, the item must be:

• In its original condition.
• In its original packaging.
• With all original tags attached.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

This statutory right does not apply to products that are exempt under applicable consumer protection laws, including opened or used beauty and personal hygiene products.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
